The Salvation Army Band raises over £6000 at Queensgate Shopping Centre

Queensgate Shopping centre welcomed the Salvation Army Band in December, to which they delighted customers with their joyful melodies, and in return, raised £6054.39, which will go towards helping local communities in need.

Michael Gibbs, Band Secretary of Peterborough Citadel Salvation Army Band added, “We are thrilled with the amount raised for such a great cause and given the current circumstances, this is brilliant. We are so grateful for Queensgate’s support in allowing us to have the Band in the Centre.”

Katie Chapman, Marketing and Commercialisation Manager at Queensgate said “We loved having the Salvation Army Band in playing to shoppers. The amount raised is fantastic, and we are delighted to help be able to support such a wonderful charity.”
