• Delivering outstanding client experience

• Becoming knowledgeable in brands and products available both in the showroom and within the Fraser Hart company

• Replenishing and displaying window displays

• Handling sales and complaints professionally

• Aiding in administrative duties

Skills/Experience

• Industry experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Background in customer service essential

• Ability to work towards store target and being able to deliver individual sales

• Working independently as well as a part of a team

• Self motivated and committed to deliver outstanding results
