Earlier this year, we asked seven local schools in Peterborough to put on their creative caps and come up with designs for poppies to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day at Queensgate Shopping Centre.

The seven schools are:

• Braybrook School
• Fulbridge Academy
• John Clare School
• Newark Hill Academy
• Queens Drive Infants School
• St Augustines C of E Junior School
• Longthorpe Primary School

Each school has been awarded with a £200 voucher to say thank you for their contribution, and their poppies will be displayed in the previous Topshop unit from the 3rd of June until the 10th June, so make sure you pop down to the centre to have a look at the beautiful creations by each school!
