Queensgate Shopping Centre is thrilled to announce the launch of the ‘Style Stories’ exhibition on Saturday, 28th September 2024 in partnership with the Jumped-up Theatre.

This inspiring event will showcase a collection of 20 photographs featuring local individuals sharing personal stories about their clothing. The exhibition invites visitors to reflect on their own relationship with fashion, celebrating cherished pieces and encouraging a more environmentally sustainable approach to style.

From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, visitors can immerse themselves in a day filled with creativity and inspiration. The event is designed to spark conversations around fashion’s impact on the environment, promoting mindful choices that celebrate individuality and sustainability.

In addition to the exhibition, visitors can participate in a variety of free, hands-on workshops suitable for ages 12 and up. The activities include upcycling, embroidery, and Indian block printing, providing a unique opportunity to learn new skills and give new life to old garments.
