In partnership with Sharp Edge, The Lions/MAD, and Top Yard Boxing Academy, Roots & Rise provides a safe space for troubled and disengaged youth, offering positive outlets through football, boxing, and mentoring.

From rooftop kickabouts and non-contact boxing sessions to creative workshops in art, lyric writing, and digital storytelling, the project encourages self-expression, confidence, and wellbeing — helping young people find purpose and pride within their community.

Through collaboration, Roots & Rise aims to reduce antisocial behaviour, strengthen community ties, and open pathways to education, volunteering, and employment.
