Parking

There’s no shortage of space here at Queensgate. We have 2,268 spaces available in our car parks, including disabled, parent and child and Electric Vehicle charging bays so there is plenty of space available for everyone.

Payment Options

There are several ways to pay for your parking in all of our car parks and these include taking a paper ticket at the barrier and using the pay on foot machines to pay using Card and our Tap & Go service which allows you to tap in and out of the barrier using your contactless credit or debit card.

Important information

There are a number of payment options available in our car parks but at this time we are encouraging everyone to use our Tap ‘n’ Go system. Simply tap your contactless debit or credit card at the barrier on entrance and exit. There’s no need to press for a ticket or queue at the pay on foot machines before you exit.

Leisure Hub Parking Information: ODEON Luxe and Putt & Play

Queensgate offers convenient parking with easy access to the Leisure Hub entrance.

ODEON Luxe visitors can park for £1 for up to 3 and a half hours – please bring your parking ticket to the validation machine in the ODEON Luxe foyer. (Please note- Normal Tariffs apply once the 3 and a half hours is up). If you are coming along to a late night showing, please park in the Red Car Park which will remain open until the end of the last film.

We have 56 parent and child spaces in our car parks and 75 disabled bays. These can be located on various levels within the car parks with the main spaces being located on Level 5 and Level 6.

Shopmobility offers scooter and wheelchair hire from 10.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Thursday.

To pre‑book the service or for further information, please contact Shopmobility directly on 01733 313133. You’ll find them on the 11th floor of the Green Car Park.

Out‑of‑hours wheelchair hire is also available from Unity, located on the ground floor, at a cost of £5 per hire. Availability is as follows:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 3.00pm – 5.00pm
  • Thursday: 3.00pm – 8.00pm
  • Friday – Saturday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
  • Sunday: 11.00am – 4.00pm

If you are a commuter, work within the city centre or simply need regular parking, we can help. Our Yellow (Perkins) car park has competitive weekly, monthly and annual rates and is open from 5am – 11.30pm Monday – Saturday and 9am – 11am on Sundays for your convenience.
