Clubbercise is coming to Queensgate this Saturday from 11am to 4pm, in the central square near Primark. Clubbercise is a dance fitness class which is taught in a darkened room with disco lights and glowsticks to club anthems from the 90’s to today’s hits. Because of the low and high impact options, this full body workout is suitable for all fitness levels and just one class can burn up to 600 calories. Bring a night out to your workout with Clubbercise!
Peterborough’s local instructors Sarah and Emma will be hosting small Clubbercise sessions throughout the day for everyone to get involved in. Alongside this, they are also selling flashing scrunchies, flashing whistles and face glitter to raise money for a local charity called Magpas Air Ambulance who provide life saving support. All funds raised on the day will go directly to the charity.
