Reduction Target
Over 80% of our tenants have joined our Growing Greener initiative, reducing CO₂ by nearly 3,000 tonnes and saving over 3,500 m³ of water annually. These improvements help tenants cut costs by around 31% and build a greener business model
Take a look at our Utilities, Energy & Carbon reduction headlines below.

Water – Going to great lengths
Reducing our water usage is a priority. Since January 2025, we have saved 2,395 cubic metres of water. That’s the equivalent of one Olympic sized swimming pool.
Electric – Electrifying figures
