Our popular festive choir will return on Sunday 22nd December for Carols by the Tree. Join them for performances by the Santa's Grotto Christmas Tree between 11am - 3pm. They will also be joined by some mischievous magical elves who will be popping up throughout the day.

  Meet the beloved Paddington and create magical memories between 11AM–3PM. Don't forget to visit Paddington Bench whilst you are in the centre - you can find it on the upper mall near H&M.

We're delighted to announce that Santa will be returning to Queensgate once again this Christmas 2024! Bookings are now open. We recommend booking to visit Santa as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as his workshop gets very busy. Our grotto is Dog Friendly so all the family can meet Santa Paws*
